Exercises will be performed in four different body positions to work all these areas. We will NOT just be doing different crunch variations. There are lots of unique moves to challenge you and work towards progressing. Take a break if you need to. Always remember to draw your navel down towards your spine. This is not only correct form, but it also protects you from using your lower back.
