'Hey guys! This is one of the best workout I’ve ever tried and it builds strength like no other! You’re constantly engaging your core, legs, arms, pretty much everything in order to balance. PSA: This is hard! Be careful, it took me a long time to be able to balance while standing. Beginners should always be balancing next to a wall.
