'Box Jumps - There are 3 progressions to the Box Jump.  Starting with the step up, stepping and driving up with one leg before lowering with the other. Alternate page   The jump up and step down, using a double footed take off and land on the box, fully extend at the hips before a controlled step back and lower.   The full box jump is a two footed take off two footed landing on the box, ensure full extension of the hips before jumping off the box and rebounding the repetition.   Ensure full control at all times.'
