Do the math and that equals 100 AB toning repetitions. Brave run through it two more times and feel those ABS getting stronger. Each exercise can be done at the beginner, intermediate or advanced level by changing your range of motion, foot placement and number of reps. Add weights to really challenge your core. You got this! Work up to doing these exercises and in no time you will have tighter and toned abs. I did this workout today three times and did 30 minutes of cardio before hand. Oh, yeah baby!
