'Hey guys! Want to share today a professional routine to do with medicine ball. Please MAKE the previous warm up before getting into the routine since it\'s very important your body it\'s ready for it. EACH exercise of the warm up should be done for 30-45 seconds each, focusing always on the technique. Please use the medicine ball of your choice (weight) depending on your level or training and age. For EACH exercise of the OVER HEAD and SIDE THROW you can do 6 repetitions (to each side if that\'s the case). 3-4 sets of the entire routine, once again, depending on your level and conditions.'
