Complete For Time - 12 Min Time Cap The Athlete starts on double unders and completes all 30 before moving onto 20 Wall Balls, males 9kg at a 10ft target females 6kg at a 9ft target, on completion the athletes moves onto 10 Single Arm Devil press. On competion of all 3 movements the athlete will go back to 30 double unders before 18 WB and 8 SADP. The athlete will continue in this fashion until finishing on 2 SADP. The score is the time taken to complete all movements or the number of reps completed in the time cap.'
