'This workout consists of 200 Devil Up Burpees as part of my training for British Army Warrior Fitness. The Devil Up Burpee is a great all round exercise to increase both strength and endurance of the muscles whilst also working your CV system. I also have added a good warm up to get the blood flowing to the muscles to prevent injury.
