'Shape and tone your upper body with this quick 10 minute arm and back workout. All exercises are performed in a standing position and are great for building strength in your arms, shoulders and back! I\'m using 4 pound dumbbells in this workout. Always complete the workout first with light weights and work your way up. Hand weights ranging from 1-8 pounds would be appropriate according to your level. If you don\'t have any dumbbells you can also use water bottles or canned goods. Most exercises are performed for 10 reps and we complete two sets in this video. I hope you enjoyed this workout.
