Russian Twist Stability Ball - The Russian Twist Stability Ball is usually an intermediate skill-level exercise which works as part of your abs muscles. Stability Ball equipment is employed in this exercise. The following are guidelines to perform this exercise. Commence off by sitting on the stability ball somewhat leaning back and putting your feet flat throughout the floor. For considerably more strength, hold excess weight with both hands (dumbbell, weight plate or kettlebell). Keep your legs in front, hips large and rotate your torso to a single side while bringing your hands (and excess weight) to that side.
