'#stabilityball #yogaball #fitnessover50 I’m a big fan of stability ball workouts. Generally, gym ball requires extra strength and much more concentration which is good in itself but also pretty effective in terms of stretching and slow/middle tempo full body training. Yoga ball workouts also often include exercises that develop balance quite well. And this workout won’t be an exception. Today we are going to work on abs, chest but won’t ignore arms, inner thighs and booty. Hence, it might be a nice intermediate not sweaty workout with a swiss ball to start the day. To be honest, I never regarded physio ball workouts as part and parcel of losing weight routine but I can tell that 10 minutes of intense work with a gymball can definitely make you lose some calories. From 100 to 200 calories to be more precise. Enough words, let’s start this new therapy ball workout! I truly hope, you’ll like it!
