'Betamax is one of the favorite pinoy street food. It is made of chicken\'s blood which is cut into square shapes that would resemble a \"betamax\" -- an old video player which uses rectangular tapes to watch movies. It is then grilled to perfection. Of course, the best dip is a sweet-salty-tangy vinegar sauce with onions crushed garlic and onions. you may add chili so make it a little spicy.
