'Welcome to the 3d Livestream of Body Shock Interval Week rowing workout for your Concept2. In this session, 3 x Olympian, Niall O\'Toole brings you through a 2x 4 minute indoor rowing workout (max effort) followed by 4 x 2 mins (max effort). The goal is to aim for approx 1000 meters in those first 2 x 4 minute pieces (depends on experience and fitness levels etc so don\'t be but off, it\'s just a goal-guide to have in mind) and 500 meters in the 2 minute pieces.
