'Contact area 101  Objective: - Knowing the key elements for the contact area positioning   Equipment: - Any big ball   Aim: - Understanding the key elements for the contact area  - Strengthening the core, back and legs   Activity: 1) Hold the contact area position for 1 minute  2) Superman - rise your right leg and rise your left leg (Hold for 3 seconds or more) then swap - 15 time each side  3) Balance on a ball for a minute  4) Roll the ball in between your arm and and knees (Work for 1 minute)  Coaching points:  - Take your time to find a nice position  - Nice strong core, back and legs   ENJOY!'
