To help keep you motivated and moving through the colder months, Groupon has teamed up with personal trainer Rachael Finch, founder of Body By Finch, who has created a free High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout which can be done in the gym or from the comfort of your own home. The workout consists of two warmup and six HIIT exercises, each performed for 30 seconds. This circuit is repeated a total of four times, followed by a cool down stretch - giving you a full body workout in around 30 minutes.
