'Hi and welcome back to a brand new workout in the prenatal series. This Cardio HIIT session is low impact and designed to suit all trimesters of pregnancy. This quick HIIT circuit comprises of 5 moves which are repeated 3 times with 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest.   This workout is safe for all trimesters, but be sure to check with your ob/gyn prior to any physical activity.
