'This 15 minute prenatal & postnatal safe kickboxing workout is designed to get your heart rate up and challenge both your upper and lower body. We use a tabata style, which allows you to learn the moves and then really amplify through them. This workout will have you moving for 15 minutes of straight work, and leave you feeling strong.  This workout is suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy, but please ensure you have been cleared by your physician to be physically active during your pregnancy. Please ensure you choose options that feel best for YOU and YOUR body.
