'This session consist of a full body hit, easy to do at home and only little space is needed. It contains 8 exercise, 30 seconds work for with 15 seconds rest - x6 (For each exercise). However this can be adapted on your ability just by reducing the reps to less. Thankyou enjoy :) x'
