'My after thanksgiving workout. I know I’m not the only one that ate everything under the sun on thanksgiving and I felt so heavy and miserable. Here’s a good treadmill workout to burn some calories and full body workout with weights I also incorporated a good ab circuit I’ll be adding later on. But for now enjoy my workout fit moms !!!!
