Here are the tips that have helped me (written out) 1. write down goals. 2. buy little pieces that motivate you and make you excited. could be a cute planner, workout set, etc. 3. start with small changes. 4. set realistic goals. following from the last one, you want to make sure that it is sustainable 5. learn to listen to your body. 6. understand when you are most productive and work around that. 7. set your alarm for the same time every morning for structure (even if you snooze it) 8. view it as a lifestyle change and not a diet!!!
