'For this challenging 45 minute prenatal strength and conditioning total body workout, you will need a set of dumbbells, a bench or sturdy chair, and something squishy. We will alternate between strength blocks and cardio blocks. Each strength block will be performed for three rounds at a specified rep count, and each cardio circuit will be approximately 2 minutes as a timed circuit. Before each block there will be a demo of the upcoming exercise(s). You can use this time to also take a break/hydrate or go through the move with me to make sure we can establish a solid mind-muscle connection before beginning. There are recoveries built into this workout, but if you need to take a longer recovery (or more), just hit pause and come back when you feel recovered. Other ways to modify this workout will be to reduce the weight selection and/or reduce the range of motion, as well as slow the tempo down on the cardio sections. This workout is for all trimesters, and this workout is challenging.
