'Royal Marines Bodyweight Routine - The Beam Sequence - Phys Troop'

'This is a rough replica of part of a gym session Royal Marine Recruits are expected to do in the early stages.  Set your reps on the bar 2,3,4 or whatever. Then set the reps intended for the other exercises 8/10/12 or whatever.  No rest between exercises..... keep going round until you have completed the final exercise on the beam followed by the final circuit of exercises.  Beam exercises - Over Grasp Pull Ups, Under Grasp Pull Ups, Inward Grasp Pull Ups, Feet to Bar.  This routine can be done alone as part of a workout or can be done multiple times by resting and repeating.  Work hard and reap the rewards
