'Fort Meade\'s Youth Fitness Specialist takes on the new Army Combat Fitness Test. The ACFT has 6 events that tests a soldier\'s strength, speed, and endurance, and is made up of: 3 Repetition Maximum Deadlift, Standing Power Throw, Hand Release Push Ups, Sprint, Drag, Carry, Leg Tucks, and a 2 mile run.
