'Get a great heart-pumping total body cardio and strength workout with three full 4 minute Tabata training sections throughout. Follow the Tabata timer on the left of the screen to work hard for the full 20 seconds. If you\'re not familiar with Tabata\'s, you\'ll do eight rounds of ultra-high intensity exercises in a 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest pattern. Beginner modifications are always demonstrated. Anyone can do this workout. Moves are simple but challenging. A percentage timer is on the left of your screen to let you know how much more you have to go to complete your workout. Description: After a warm-up, the first Tabata section works your core with standing side crunches, swim arms with straight jumps, standing obliques, and woodchoppers. The second Tabata section is strength training using your own body weight. Begin with squat bounces, squat jumps, squat front kicks, burpees, push-ups, mountain climbers, and plank jacks. The third Tabata section is all-out cardio. You\'ll do lunge backs, split switches, knee repeaters, speed skates, jackknifes, wide knee jogs, and jump ropes.
