'Today we switch up the Solo Session as Sash Corbin takes us through some easy and advanced towel exercises to keep your strength and conditioning up during this difficult time. Get creative and feel the burn, there\'s so much you can do with a towel. 2 variations we suggest: 1. Do each exercise - 6-10 reps and repeat the circuit 2/3 times through 2. Do it to time - 30 seconds work with 30 secs rest (repeat 2/3 times) Exercise 1 - you will need to make sure the door is fully closed. If using the handle, you will need to position your body on a slight angle so the towel doesn\'t slip. if you do not have a handle, you can fold & jam the towel in the door so its secure.
