'Come to ETS Fitness today.  Not only do we offer fitness classes for youth, high school and college athletes but our adult classes are changing lives one workout at a time.  This video shows what some of our individual and one on one training sessions are like.  On this one the trainer is none other than certified fitness trainer and DePaul Catholic High School football coach Reggie Foxwirth, who puts this student through her paces.  She has been training with Reggie for two years and the results are astounding.  Not only did she squat 225 lbs with her 130 lbs frame but there is a clip of her in the video when she first started and the development is not debatable.  She is a completely different person under Coach Reggie\'s guidance.  ETS Fitness is located in Teterboro, N.J., occupying it\'s own space at the rear of Gold\'s Gym.  The atmosphere is hard working and no frills.  What you will find at 6:00am are committed men and women doing their best to get into the best shape that they can.  There are adult circuit classes, elite level youth athletic classes, college level elite and even classes for children as young as 5 years old.  Something for every person interested in getting to the next level, whatever that level might be.
