'This is my recreational crack at the Royal Marines vPJFT+ , any comments on my form would be greatly appreciated. For those of you that want to try it yourself ;  20 Burpees 30 Sit Ups 20 Press Ups 1 Minute Plank   ^That is one round, try for 3! (No rest either)'
