'Ive been tracking my calories for years now, so here are some calorie tracking tips PART 1 ⚖️  Use a food tracking app - If you\'re not already using one then this is an absolute necessity when it comes to tracking calories  - Food tracking apps will allow you to either search up items or scan food items you\'re eating, and subtract the macronutrients of that food item from your daily nutritional targets - This is pretty much calorie tracking in a nutshell - all you need to do is get your nutritional goals to 0, and you\'ve hit your calories - I would recommend either MyFitnessPal or Cronometer  Sauce weighing trick - Instead of taring your food item, and then putting your sauce on everything, you can do the opposite as this will make your life that little bit easier!  - Tare the sauce bottle instead, and when you finish using the sauce, weigh the bottle again and the negative number is the amount of sauce you used  2 scoops of protein - This goes a long way - Great way to get a chunk of protein in with very low calories, carbs, and fats  - 1 scoops of protein is around 25g of protein - 100g of chicken breast is around 25g of protein - So you can imagine which is easier to consume  -  @musclenation - CODE: LEE ⚡️  -  #explore #explorepage #trending #fitness #fitnessmotivation #fitnessreels #fitnesscommunity #nutrition #nutritiontips #weightloss #dieting #fatloss #calorietracking #calorietips #trackingtips #caloriedeficit #gymtok #gym #gymmotivation #gymlife #gymvideos #bodybuilding #bodybuildinglifestyle #training #trainingtips #buildmuscle #iifym #dietingadvice #quicktips #foodtracking'
