'Looking for more distance off the tee?  You\'ll want to give these band exercises a try!  Gaining more distance off the tee is one of the driving factors in getting lower scores in today\'s game.  There are many factors that contribute to to more distance off the tee.    First and foremost, are certain characteristics regarding your swing including attack angle and hitting the center of the face  But there are also physical qualities that contribute to getting more distance.  They include mobility & force development.  Force development can be broken down into strength and speed.    With the amount of techniques and equipment available, there are many ways to work on all of these qualities.  But one of the most easily accessible and affordable pieces of gym equipment are bands.  That\'s exactly why I wanted to make this video because most people have access to bands or a cable column at their gym.  But most of the exercises you see involve medicine balls, barbells, plates, dumbbells, which you may not have access to or even feel comfortable using.    These band exercises for more distance will help you golf game and get more distance off the tee.
