'#blackpink #kpopfitness  As requested, here\'s a toning workout to blackpinks new song. Lots of planking, so always make sure to pull in your stomach & modify whenever you need to.   Do this 2-4 times for maximum effect and/or pair with some of my other workouts. The video consist of moves that target your arm and abs.
