'A 45 minute Legs, Bums & Tums Exercise Class (LBT) focusing on muscle toning, strength, endurance, stability, balance & fitness. This intermediate level workout is ideal if you have at least 3 months exercise experience. The exercises are compound bodyweight movements which are effective at building muscle and burning fat. These help improve your joint health & assist with preventing musculoskeletal issues. The training session works your Glutes, Quadriceps, Hamstrings & Core with effective techniques such as Isometric holds, AMRAP, Pulsing reps & full ROM (Range Of Motion) which all maximise muscle development. At the beginning & end of the video we will do a warm up & cool down which will help reduce the risk of injury, reduce stiffness & speed up recovery.
