'DEATH BY BURPEES  warm up- 3 rounds for quality  10 good mornings  10 tuck jumps  20 arm swings   METCON DEATH BY BURPREES at the start of the first minute you will complete 3 burpee each minute you will add one rep  so minute 2- 4 burpees minute 3- 5 burpees until you can no longer complete the required work.'
