'#bandworkout #resistancebandworkout #vanessabhealth Hi wonderful people! This workout will strengthen your arms, legs and core while building stamina and fitness. I have selected some great combo moves to integrate different muscle groups at the same time to make this workout stronger for you with a focus on building muscular stamina and fitness too. It’s 30 minutes with 5 x rounds of 6 exercises to target your whole body effectively! You need a long resistance band, around that 1 meter mark or longer and it does help if you have 2 x different bands to help you maintain a good challenge for some of the exercises where you feel it’s getting too easy. Maintain good focus and control throughout all rounds! Here are the exercises for you : 1. Wide Squat Lat Push (Legs, Shoulders, Lats) 2. Standing Rows (Upper Back, Core) 3. Pendulum Bicep Curl (Glutes, Biceps) 4. Double Tricep Side Press (Triceps) 5. Extended Ab Lift (Core, Abs, Arms) 6.
