Hope you guys like it,   Chicken 65: Ingredients: Chicken - 150g  Egg - 1/2  Gram flour -1 1/2 tsp  Rice flour - 1 tsp  Kashmir red chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp  Coriander powder - 1 tsp  Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp  Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp  Curry leaves  Coriander leaves  Lemon - 1/2 tsp  Salt to taste  Water - 2 tbsp  Oil for fry   Tilapia Fish Fry : Ingredients: Fish - 4 no’s  Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Cumin powder - 1 tsp  Garam masala powder - 1 1/2 tsp  Red chili powder - 1 tsp  Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp  Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp  Coriander leaves  Mint leaves  Lemon juice  - 2 tsp  Salt to taste  Water - 2 tbsp  Oil for fry   Chicken Kulambu : Ingredients: Chicken - 150g Sesame oil - 2 tbsp  Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp  Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp  Curry leaves  Small onion - 1 cup  Salt to taste  Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp  Tomato - 1 small size  Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp  Kulambu powder - 2 tsp  Water - 1 1/2 cup  Grated Coconut - 3 tbsp  Fennel seeds - 1 tsp  Coriander leaves   For Kulambu Powder Masala Ingredients:  Coriander seeds - 1/4 kg  Cumin seeds - 150 g  Turmeric - 50 g  Mustard seeds - 25 g  Urad dal - 25 g Hing ( katti perunkayam) - 25 g  Fenugreek seeds - 25g  Red chili- 1/2 kg  Curry leaves 1 kothu  Pepper - 50 g   Prawn Thokku: Ingredients: For Marination : Prawn - 350g ( after cleaned ) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp  Cumin powder - 1 tsp  Pepper - 1 tsp  Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp  Madras curry powder - 1/2 tsp  Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp  Kashmir red chili powder - 1 tsp   For Thokku: Sesame oil - 3 tbsp  Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp  Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp  Curry leaves  Big onion - 1/2 finely chopped  Garlic - 3 cloves ( thatti pottathu ) Salt to taste  Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp  Kashmir red chili powder - 1 tsp  Madras curry powder - 1/2 tsp  Marinated prawns  Coriander leaves   Nandu Omelette : Ingredients:  Crab meat  Sesame oil - 1 tbsp  Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp  Green chili - 1 finely chopped  Big onion - 1/2 finely chopped  Salt to taste  Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp  Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp  Kashmir red chili powder - 1/2 tsp  Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp  Pepper powder - 1 tsp  Coriander leaves  Curry leaves  Egg - 2    Nandu Rasam : Ingredients: Nandu legs - 4 pieces ( thatti podanum) Tamirand - small size  Tomato - 2 no’s ( grind well ) Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp  Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp  Water -1 cup Oil - 1 tsp  Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp  Urad dal - 1/2 tsp  Red chili - 2 no’s  Curry leaves  Coriander leaves  Salt to taste   For grinding: Small onion - 5 no’s  Garlic cloves - 3 no’s  Pepper - 1 tsp  Cumin seeds - 1 tsp   Mutton sukka :  mutton sukka in tamil // mutton varuval in tamil // mutton pepper fry | KKR - 47 https://youtu.be/81fsjLAPxL4  Mutton Kulambu : Mutton Kulambu in Tamil / ஆட்டுக்கறி குழம்பு / Mutton Recipe / Mutton curry/ Mutton Gravy | KKR - 89 https://youtu.be/VrGJ64l6iGE   Thanks for watching..
