'Today we break down the simple Zig Zag agility practice with netball specific movements added to the pattern. Sprint, Jump, Roll and add a ball to your forward attacking movements.   In netball you also need to be agile moving backwards as well, have a play with your side stepping and backwards movements too.    Hope this helps :)'
