'This full body toning workout will help you build strength all over - boosting your metabolism to assist with weight loss! All you have to do is sweat it out with me on the regular. This session uses resources you can find at home as weights - I used cans, but you can use anything you want (water bottles, wine bottles, canned foods) to torch calories and elevate your fitness.
