'Second day of the mandatory lockdown of all gyms in New Jersey due to COVID-19. We hope these videos inspire you to get moving! Feel free to substitute, adapt, modify or progress any of the moves, times or reps!   Bodyweight only workout you can do at home. No equipment needed:  2 Part Workout AMRAP then a For Time challenge  10 minute AMRAP 14 Reverse or Front Lunges (7ea leg) 10 Dive-bombers 14 Side Lunges (7ea leg) 10 Heels to Heaven  For Time Climber: 100 Mountain Climbers (1-1) 100 Shoulder Taps (1-1) Plank as long as you can 100 Mountain Climbers (1-1) Plank as long as you can 100 Russian Twist (1-1) 100 Touchdown Squat Jacks 100 High Knees (1-1) 100 Mountain Climbers (1-1) (Feel Free to cut the reps in half to suit your own fitness levels)  Write your Rounds and Finish times in the comment section  Music: Lupe Fiasco: Kick, Push (Instrumental)'
