'Hi everybody! Today we have a 15 minute full body strength workout. I am using 5lb dumbbells but feel free to use whatever you have on hand! Most of my pregnancy workouts will use bodyweight and prenatal pilates moves, while also including safe pregnancy exercises for cardio, the core and general fitness. Most importantly, remember to always listen to your body and how you feel and check with your doctor to make sure these workouts are great for YOU. This is your journey, so do what\'s best for you! I hope you enjoy this new journey with me on my channel! These workouts can be done pregnant BUT also for those not pregnant as well!
