'Hi everyone, I’m here with a Low Impact Cardio Workout for your mid-week workout. This prenatal safe workout consists of low impact moves with no jumping, but still with a challenge. This cardio workout has three rounds of exercise with 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. This workout is safe for all trimesters, but be sure to check with your ob/gyn prior to any physical activity.
