'Get in the head of a former Royal Marines Commando overcoming challenges and obstacles: https://amzn.to/3jBUeoI What type of loaded carries do you do in the Royal Marines? What is the heaviest weight they make you carry? How can you train and prepare for weighted marches in Royal Marines Commando training? The heaviest criteria weight is around 64lbs (not kg as stated in the video!) However you will carry heavier kit during training and exercises. And the kit will get even heavier once you complete recruit training. What exercises can you do to train for it? I would suggest focusing on your general fitness and including strength exercises such as the squat, dead lift and farmers walks. I would strongly recommend not running with a heavy weight on your back. For coaching and business enquiries https://muscleworld.godaddysites.com/'
