'Let\'s talk about what happened when I did dance fitness for 14 days straight. As an obese woman, morbidly obese, it can be hard for me to do any type of exercise. I love dancing and dance cardio, like Zumba or The Fitness Marshall, are pretty much my go to for cardio exercise. I can usually just modify the moves the way I need to to make them work for me. So after doing a dance fitness program that was easy for overweight people or any fitness level for 14 days straight and while keeping my nutrition and calories pretty consistent, I had some interesting results.
