'Back with our dumbbell HIIT series with workout 6 and today a 15 min Lat And Back Workout At Home It\'s time to smash up the lats and back with this super quick routine. Like the other workouts in the series we will kick off with 3 exercises 20 seconds work with 10 seconds rest and repeat that circuit 3 times. A quick shake out and then back with 3 more exercises for the lat and back again 20 secs on - 10 secs rest and 4 rounds Super quick , all under 15 minutes which should give you a super quick back burnout So grab your dumbbells and lets do this
