'Passing the Royal Marines PRMC. My reaction when Jack tells me he\'s passed after 2 years of training. He also explains his experience throughout the PRMC. Royal marines ready, congrats bud!! Here\'s Jack\'s story: Jack started his very first personal training session 2 years ago after just turning 17 years old with zero gym experience. His confidence was low and trying to get a convo out of him was like getting blood from a stone. I could tell he was a lad who kept himself to himself and if he wanted to be a royal marine, this had to change. After meeting Jack for the first time I got him doing fitness tests. From this point I knew there was a lot of work to do. Jack struggled to run anything more than 5 minutes. Barely being able to do 20 press ups, 20 sit-ups and 4 pull ups. Jack is a perfect example of anything is possible if you put the hardwork, dedication and consistency into something you really want to achieve. Over the past 2 years of training, this lad never quit. He\'s had his knockbacks, such as failing his PJFT 2 times and finding the press up test difficult. But he took it on the chin, got back up and carried on moving forwards. The next day after this phone call, me and Jack had a coffee catch-up. He told me the 3 days were extremely tough and anyone joining needs to be physically and mentally prepared if they want to pass. Furthermore, he told me the experience was amazing and he met a good bunch of lads going through the same nerves. He say\'s he\'s excited for the 32 weeks of training he has ahead in 2020.'
