'You will need a mat, bench or chair, a wall nearby, dumbbells, a light mini band, and hydration for this 26 minute prenatal strength and cardio workout (intermediate -advanced). We have 3 strength blocks and 3 cardio blocks. Every exercise will be performed for 60 seconds. After the exercise, we will have 15 seconds to recover. During the recovery, watch me for the demo of the upcoming exercise. Go at your own pace! You can go slower or faster than my pace - quality over quantity though! If at any point you need to take a break, hit pause, recover, and join me when you feel recovered. There will be three main ways to modify todays workout: slow the tempo down, lighten the resistance, and reduce your range of motion, especially on lower body exercises.
