This workout is prenatal safe for all trimesters, but judge the level of resistance on your level of exercise prior to your pregnancy. Each move consists of 40 seconds work and 20 seconds rest with an added warm up and cool down. This workout is safe for all trimesters, but be sure to check with your ob/gyn prior to any physical activity.
