'The founder of Shred\'Em Fitness, Emily Gielnik chats about her experience studying at Fit Education (Formerly Fitnance). Em\'s sister Tiff followed her sister also completing a Cert III and IV in Fitness before joining the family business. Emily recently represented the Matilda\'s at the Football World Cup.'
