It’s no secret that Khloe is a fitness guru so it seems only natural that her next step would be to start a fitness show and reveal to the world her butt workout tips. Over the past two years, Khloe has transformed into a different person. She is very vocal about how she learned to channel her frustrations into fitness along with a nutritious diet which resulted in her perfectly sculpted body. And out of all of her physical features, that booty has become the goal for many women around the globe so Khloe is spilling the beans on how she keeps her backside looking tight. In the retro video, Khloe demonstrates some jumping squats, lateral raise, lunges, a sandbag bridge, and some bends that incorporate a kettle ball all while giving some motivational advice saying QUOTE - \"Remember, you guys never regret doing your workout, you only regret not doing your workout.” Not only does Khloe look great but she has turned her healthy lifestyle into a business by starring in E!’s brand new upcoming series called Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian which takes participants on a transformational journey to live healthier lives and obtain confidence.
