'Khloe Kardashian’s fitness coach, Gunnar Peterson, spoke to EOnline about how to see fitness results. Peterson stated, “Seeing results is about consistency, so start off slow.” Going all out when you are a beginner is almost impossible. He stated, “There’s no way you’re going to stick with that because it feels overwhelming.” He also stated that cardio is not enough. It has to be mixed with resistance training. He stated, “Cardio is great for weight loss, but if you want to change the shape of your body, you have to build muscle.”'
