'In Hot Pilates, being aware of your body and how it moves and feels, is what it\'s all about. Noticing what your body is capable of, and expanding on it!  Butterfly is a powerful way to build abdominal strength. In Butterly you are creating C-shape abdominals - belly button comes into the spine. (so make sure you press your lower spine to the floor!)
