'What is British Army Warrior Fitness? | BAWF Cyprus I joined a team for the British Army Warrior Fitness event in Cyprus and this is how it went. What is it? Well, it\'s basically CrossFit. In this event there were teams of 4. 3 competitors do each workout. There were 4 workouts: WORKOUT 1: DEADLIFTS - 5, 3 & 1 rep max WORKOUT 2: SPRINTS / BURPEES - 10m sprint, 20m sled push, 10m sprint - 10 burpee box overs - 10m sprint, 20m sled push, 10m sprint WORKOUT 3: RUN / CLEAN / RUN - 1km run - 60 clean & jerk - 1km run WORKOUT 4: 16 MIN MAX CAL ASSAULT BIKE - every 2 mins = 10 worm squats & 5 burpees If you like this sort of content, let me know if the comments below and drop me a thumbs up - thanks!
