'8 Minute AMRAP  ------------------------------------  Ascending Ladder  -----------------------------------    2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / .... Thrusters@40/30kg    2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / .... Toes to Bar    2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / .... Box Jumps@24/20 inches  21.5 \"Mount Longdon\" Open  The workout starts with 2 reps of each movement in the order they are presented ablove.  On completion of completing the repitions on each movement the athlete will add 2 reps and complete all 3 movements again.  The score for the event is the total number of reps completed in the 8 Minutes.  Movement Standards will be released in the demonstration video above.'
